We ran 5 km and this time we recorded our time, which was 00:25:02 and we kept our certificate. The race itself was very good, but it was the only one we did in the year 2013. As the aches continued to linger, I decided not to sign up in any race until I was better and confident to return to the races. I spent the whole year training more consciously.
